1) Cannot be upgrade firmware

ØPlease check if the USB driver is successfully installed during the PhoenixSuit installation. If the installation is unsuccessful, please disable the driver signature after the computer system is forcibly disabled and try the installation again. Please ask the user to check the online method according to their own computer system.

ØIf you still can't download successfully, please try to change your computer.

2) Removable device is not recognized

ØCheck if the USB cable can transfer data. Try connecting to see if you can read the data by connecting to your phone.

ØIt takes about 5 seconds from plugging in the USB to identifying the mobile device, please wait patiently. We will continue to optimize the code to reduce the download time.
